10. i like "patriarchy" instead of "men"

because it allows for the possibility that some men don't approve of male-centric / male-dominated power structures and do what they can to change this for the better.

as for the host/co-host relationship with the admins, the admins have empowered the hosts to use their judgment and run the groups as they see fit. the admin's role in this really has been limited to explaining the options available, not giving pressure or even advice as to which options to use. i like the idea that they're giving all hosts (not just of this group) the leeway to lead, steer, or screw up a group and see where it goes.
