It does put the burden on the poorest women to be forced to carry these fetuses to term just to watch them die. A more affluent woman may have the means to avoid that sort of horrifying situation.

Is there something in the water in Virginia? Or did they just decide now was a good time to subjugate as many women as possible, while they still can?
