"...abortions up to five weeks and six days after the start of a patient’s most recent menstrual period,..."

By the grace of the Divine Goddess, may Planned Parenthood be the (as though) open-carry weapon that takes down Texas' twisted thinkers. The 6-week rule law is incapable of proving a woman's period started 5 weeks and 7 days prior, not 5 weeks and 6 days.

So, do women have to keep a menstruation diary, signed and attested to for accuracy?
With a few exceptions, nobody has standing to press charges because 'they do not know' and and 'can not prove' that one day difference between a legal and an illegal Texas abortion.
