6. Who do his sisters live with? Why is this most vulnerable child left with dad?

Is the rest of the family like the father? Is there another place he can go and be more accepted? What state does he live in? How abusive is dad? Is it only about the trans issue or is he abusive regardless? All these factors play into what might be done.
