Welcome. I am aware personally of a situation where an outsider is seen as a parent. I appreciate the feeling of stepping over a line.

1. Some states are loaded with resources.

2. I suggest confidential consultations with a lawyer from a friendly area

I look forward to reading others’ suggestions
