Copying and pasting any evidence or prior correspondence is certainly a good idea. And if you have a witness willing to speak up? Definitely let her do so.

And if what they're wanting you to do is repeat your thoughts and feelings? Definitely do so. As I said, sometimes all we can do is keep repeating ourselves until someone hears us.
