Care more about their own money and power than their fellow LGBTQ's. It's that simple. I hate to use the saying, but, it applies... "Every whore has their price." Someone named Moore's price. Money? Airtime with Fucker Carlson? Who knows... But whatever it was, it's enough for him to now go and attack his own community.
I've told the story here before, and I'll do it again. In the 90's and early 2000's, I had a friend... He too was a gay Republican. He'd gleefully endorse Republicans, and even ran for office. Bush, you bet. Romney, hell yeah. Trump, sure. Even that monster Tim Donnelly (the former CA state rep, not the recently deceased actor from Emergency!), who ran on a platform of wanting to destroy all rights and protections for the trans community.
Why? Why would he do this? Money, of course! He was born on third base, thanks to his parents being wealthy. So, of course, he grew up thinking he hit a triple. And protecting his money was more important than protecting people like us from Republican monsters who'd gladly destroy us.
"I guess my money is more important than my rights." Nice. Sell your own rights then. Selling the rights of others is basically expecting us to be your human shields, or nothing but a pawn to you.
And, yes, as I said, he also ran for office more than once, despite being publicly closeted. "I'll win, then come out and force the party to change..." Sure you will. And I have a date with Scarlett Johansson tonight. She's even wearing kinky boots for the occasion. At "best", they'll force you out of the Republican party...
People like Moore and Caitlyn Jenner are the worst. People more than willing to sell out their own community. Not only do we wind up hurt, listening to one of our own saying such shit... But then we can count on the likes of Fucker to keep on using their words as weapons against us. "Chadwick Moore/Caitlyn Jenner don't think you deserve these rights! Who are you to question them?! Why do you think you're entitled to special treatment?!"
