Amused, somewhat about streets named for now long-dead celeb's most of the generation that I work with wouldn't recognize from Adam. "Bob Hope" drive and such. That one makes me cringe somewhat recalling all the times that bigot made distasteful jokes about LGBTQ long before that alphabet soup had any associations.
I'm also caring for the last of the "greatest generation" survivors who laughed mindlessly at such adolescent level humor, and a bit nauseated by some right wing creep I heard on the radio bragging about having rid his school district of LGBTQ staff.
I'll vote for yes, there's still a lot of homophobic along with Trumper racist assholes out there who have to be dragged kicking and screaming into the 21st century.
We're here, we're queer, get over it, we're not "going away" nor being stuffed back into the closet.
