The GOP and Trump are criticizing Biden for causing the Palestinian attacks, as Biden claims they are spreading disinformation:

Assault on Israel fuels political attacks in the U.S. presidential race
Trump and other Republican presidential contenders sought to blame Bidens policies, while the presidents aides accused opponents of spreading misinformation
While Trump claims to fully support Israel, what he has really supported during his former presidency was the rise of the right-wing, autocratic, anti-democratic factions that have obtained greater control within Israel's government. This has led to an anti-pluralistic, anti-judicial bent with obvious repercussions.
While Trump touts the "success" of the Abraham Accords, the truth is that the Accords leave out any mention of the Palestinian problem.
Meanwhile, the Neo-Nazi, white supremacist MAGA base supporting Trump would like nothing more than to see Israel bombed out of existence. Many within the extreme Evangelical faction of his base are waiting for some kind of apocalyptic climax to the religious differences in the Middle East.
