The law says "no perks if you go to the ICC, unless we can certify that you're engaged in serious peace talks with the Israelis."

This post says, "No perks because you've gone to the ICC, but if we determine that you're engaged in serious peace talks with the Israelis, we'll reinstate the perks."

Takes 2 minutes or less for a normal person to find the text of the law, read it, and understand it.

It's been days for the WaPo staff. I don't think it's intelligence, I think it's motivation.
