Um, no. You don't have a right to land because your ancestors lived there two thousand years ago. (And not all the occupants of ancient Israel/Judaea were part of the diaspora. A significant number remained, converting first to Christianity, under the Romans, and later to Islam. The descendants of those people are called "Palestinians". What of their "historical, legal and emotional rights"?)
