...Along with "Yes occupation" policy we shall declare "no settlement". The military occupation east of our border can be justified - the continuation of settlements cannot. There is no need for resolution 2334 of the Security Council to understand it. Willingness to divide the country and recognition of the right of another nation for the country cannot coexist with settlement enterprise. The “no” to settlements must be unambiguous. There is no need to evacuate them, and no place for “evacuate-compensate” plans. There is need to economically drain the settlements beyond the border and deprive them of support. Whoever wants to live in these areas will do so without the support and protection of Israel...
