1. Negotiation?

Isn't that just part of a negotiation process? If you believe in the 2 states solution, how is Palestine being accepted at UNICEF such a bit deal that the USA should stop financing the UNICEF? It is because Palestine is not YET a nation and this should be part of the negotiation process. The US, a strong ally of Israel has opposed Israel moving its capital from Tel Aviv to Jersulem from 1949 and the vast majority of other countries keep their representations in Tel Aviv...To say the move is nothing is exaggerated.
