"Compared to other diets, low carb diets were associated with a 32 percent increase in diabetes remission."

So, low carb diets for people with a tendency for type 2 diabetes will actually help them. So I really would like to know the number of carbs they used as their standard for a low carb diet.

When I do low carb the pain in my joints from arthritis almost totally disappears.
