1. I looked up this study on several different platforms

And could not find out how many carbs per day was considered low carb.

If you found it, let me know.

But frequently they will use something like 100+ carbs a day as low carb. But that's pretty high and more of a maintenance carb level for people who are trying to maintain weight loss.

I, for example, eat about 30 carbs a day and I know people who eat less. So these low carb diets in diet studies typically misrepresent what low carb really is. BTW, my protein levels are average. I eat a lot of low carb vegetables...radishes....greens...cabbage... broccoli. And No Sugar or starchy flours at all.
