1. I've never had them but I've been making some good bean soups and homemade hummus.

Been saving the veggie scraps in the freezer and making stock when it's full. Cooking helps with my anxiety. I'm trying to enjoy the slower pace. I'm still working (from home) but my hours are about to be deeply cut.

Do you live alone? So far I'm doing ok, but I have a husband and a house full of cats so it isn't complete isolation. I find the most important thing is to make sure I don't spend too much time online; that I cook, clean, walk outside, make art. There are so few times when we are able to slow down and have enough time. I want to make the most of this, even though I'm so worried for my household's health and finances, and for so many others'.
