Been there, done that.
How about easy egg & cheese wrap?

Flour tortilla (smaller preferred)
Cheese (your choice, sliced)
1 egg
Butter for pan (yes, even teflon)
Hot sauce (or whatever you prefer).

Put the tortilla on a plate with a slice of cheese in the center. Butter the pan and start the heat on a medium low setting. Break the egg and mix it with a fork (no milk - don't want it fluffy). Pour it in the pan and wait until the edges are cooked through. Wait about ten seconds and flip it. Then give it 30 seconds - NO MORE. It will be done and you don't want to turn it into a bouncy ball that had an encounter with a semi. Use the spatula to lay it on the cheese and add how ever much hot sauce you like (that would be a shitload for me). Half-fold like a taco, tri-fold like a burrito, or roll like a wrap. That mostly depends on how thick the egg turned out.

Snarf.
