14. Italian "Sausage" with Veggies and Orzo
Thu Dec 20, 2012, 07:07 PM
Dec 2012

Cut up Trader Joe's Meatless Italian Sausage (or Field Roast Italian Sausage), and saute it with olive oil, peppers, onions, and mushrooms. Serve over orzo with lemon zest, olive oil, and salt and pepper to taste. I also like a little fresh basil.

I'm not a huge fake meat person, but this is REALLY good.
