1. No gluten? Whoopeee!

I've had to walk away from both Quorn and Boca because their stuff contains gluten. It would be nice to have another transitional substitute out there when it's too hot or I'm too tired to do bean loaves and the like.

Even if it's only half as good as the others, it will do. There's always seasoning.
