But they need to do an annual EV tax or fee like a lot of the states are doing to make for lost fuel taxes, and raise the fair rates.

EV's are hurting a lot of states who depend of gas taxes to fund road repairs. Maryland is doing a 100 surtax on EV registration. Some states should also look at doing away with EV's not paying express road tolls, although I dont know how many still do that.

A lot of funding comes from gas tax within the area (making gas prices quite high) and like Bev54 Jul 2024 #2
