1. How can incresaing the speed from 70 to 90 mph

shorten the time from 165 minutes to 90 minutes?

And for what it is worth. The Tokaido Shinkansen reaches speeds of 150-200 MPH !!

Even in 1982, the first time I rode it, it was not much less than that.

What is the matter with this country ??
