hand crank NOAA (or solar or usb) radio on ebay. It has a flashlight that stays on or flashes. Solar panel's on top. I cranked it for a few min. and it stayed on a couple hours. I had an old charge cord from a Trac fone that fitted it and I fully charged it from that. It has USB ports on it for phones, computer too. Mine was $20 something on ebay. I researched it before buying and even found the instruction booklet online (it didn't come with one). It's been a few days since charging and it still has 2 out of 3 bars showing power. It's a model er 210. The box says the battery lasts up to 25 hours.

I admire your list but by the time I'd have even a few of those items done, I don't think I'd have the energy to exercise or work-out. Thanks for posting this and keeping us updated.
