that a lot more people are listening to the health industry who tells them to eat less beef and more chicken. And for all the dieters out there, they are also told to eat less beef and more poultry. I would be interested to know if poultry consumption is increasing. I do notice that all the people at the office who are on perpetual diets eat a lot of chicken and little beef for that reason.

All I do know is that it is not because the general public is becoming more conscientious about animal rights. Few care.
