3. Which water? The water produced by combining hydrogen with oxygen you mean?

Most would likely go into the atmosphere as water vapor. Some would likely condense as a liquid. There wouldn't be a tremendous volume of it.

If you’re worried about producing a whole bunch of water vapor, consider that virtually any time you burn a hydrocarbon you’re producing water vapor along with the CO₂ (and other “stuff.”)
