So the IRS sends form 15112 EIC Worksheet (CP27) and asks you to fill it out [View all]

I check none of the boxes, and that action indicates I'm eligible, and I send them the completed form. Eleven months later they send me form 8909-A which requires more info to process the CP notice. And 8909-A asks for CP27 Form 15112 which is what I sent them originally. This is now a circuitous argument, going around in circles.
