But I cannot afford to just quit. I have obligations and cannot bring myself to let anyone in my family down. Those golden handcuffs are on tight!

I've applied to 263 jobs since early October with very few nibbles. I don't apply unless I can check every last qualifications box. If there is just one threshold I don't sail past, I don't apply. If it isn't a job I think I could do extremely well right out of the gate, I don't apply.

I've never experienced anything like this in my life.I don't even get an initial phone screening for jobs I could do in my sleep. I'm desperate because I am being asked to do things I find personally unethical and in some cases know is downright illegal. I'm beside myself with frustration and despair.
