1. Who benefits from Food Stamps?

The standard of the US Legal System is dollars and cents. So who gets the dollars and cents. The poor only see the products, they never see the dollars and cents. The dollars and cents go to the food industry. The poor are only a distribution method to get money to commercial interests.
