2. You are not alone

I have felt similarly at different times in my life but have had my outlook changed often by small mundane things ( sun on my face, smell of a vanilla cupcake, a friendly dog in the park)...things that didn't solve my problems but took my attention over for just long enough to interrupt/ diffuse my anxiety and fears. I now purposely create opportunities for such experiences by routinely going for walks. Perhaps this may help you. Other people I know have different things to divert their train of thought... exercise, cooking, reading, drawing, etc. I hope you can find a thing that works for you to help you reset, refocus, revive.
As for the big problem if front of you, your dental care and expenses. We have taken advantage of dental school programs in our area ...1 hour away (wherein dental students learn on your teeth with supervision)for what would have been very expensive care. It was 1/5 the price and we were able to pay over time. We also looked into our county health services and they had options as well.
All this to say, you are not alone and there maybe options to help. I hope for the best for you...not because I know you and have a personal connection to you but because I don't know you but I realize that you are just like anybody else, worthy of help, consideration, respect, and friendly reminders of the options available and the importance of self care. BEST TO YOU!
