2. We have a high school social studies teacher

in my community who teaches an entire unit on labor history. He registers kids to vote. He teaches them geography as well. Many of them who are seniors in high school can't label a map and put all the states in their proper places. He quizzes them until they get it right.

I hate to think what will happen when he retires, which will be soon.
