Having been Secretary of State it is almost certain she's had her rabies shots...yes, they have them for people. The guy I want to test for rabies, Neisserian infection, tertiary syphilis, primary amoebic meningoencephalitis and rectocranial inversion is the idiot who decided Trump's first foray into elective politics should be as president.
