9. I don't want anyone out of the Senate chosen - unless in a Dem. state with a Dem. Governor.

Warren is an outstanding Senator - she can do more there - the VP really has little power - and must follow the President's lead. I trust Hillary to choose the best candidate. And I trust her to choose outstanding cabinet members, and SP justices.
