1. Who is the Democrat running for this seat?

We have witnessed a ton of Republicans leaving Congress at the end of the term. These are easy seats for Democrats to pick up which would go towards the 17 we need to take over the House. I know many are saying that the House is impossible, but I think with all these vacancies, it should be a much better situation for us.
