He voted for Trump in 2016 but is rabidly pissed about whats happening to union workers in the state under trump and the GOP governor. He has regretted voting for Trump and has been on the front lines of the union strikes over the last year. I think he can beat Capito in 2020 after beating out a Republican congressman this year. Oh. And he'll fight you in the street.
