The only time I'll EVER be shocked by a GOP budget is when they actually have the guts to cut our bloated defense budget, that has had no waste, fraud, and abuse oversight since the seventies. I say that as a veteran, cause they sure as hell aren't spending that money on the average service member...nah, they'll cut those benefits for service members because they're "too generous", all the while providing corporate welfare for their overlords!
