Met my newly divorced ex sister-in-law yesterday at a party. The former catholic Bush conservative went on a rant about gun control - she's for it! It seemed so out of character for her. We both went out on the porch to smoke and we talked about a lot of things - gay marriage, abortion rights, Obamacare. Turns out she now agrees with me on all these topics. She's also a very outspoken Obama supporter. I asked her about her change of heart and she said, "It's 2014, not 1950!" Wow! We exchanged numbers. Always wonderful when someone sees the light!
