since he was our Attorney General... he was superb as the AG, and he was an excellent Lt. Gov... then he stepped out of politics and practiced law for a while. I was so happy when he chose to run for governor. He has been possibly the best governor Kentucky has had not only for his ACA efforts but for many other things he has done for Kentucky.

Hate to see his second term end....
