Even MSNBC is repeating insurance industry claims that the back end of the sign up is a disaster.

Its hard to judge without an objective metric, which the insurance industry isn't, whether it is true that the information from the Marketplace to the insurance company is as corrupted as they state.

While I found a lot of problems with the sign up and verification stages, once I got signed up the follow up from the insurance company has been without any incident whatsoever. I simply have to pay the premium and will be able to use it January 1st.
