If Barnes(WI) and Lamb(PA) both win the Democratic nomination, Both of them are going to get elected to the US Senate.
Barnes(WI) is more likely to win the Democratic nomination from his state’s US Senate race than Lamb(PA) is likely to win the Democratic nomination from his state’s US Senate race.
