PR population is greater than-
IA-6, NV-6, AR-6, MS-6, KS-6, NM-5, NE-5, ID-4, WV-4,HI-4, NH-4, ME-4, MT-3, RI-3, DE-3, SD-3, ND-3, AK-3, DC-3, VT-3 and WY-3.
PR should also be a state. It is southeast of FL.
If PR becomes a state, it should 4 US Congressional Districts and 6 Presidential Electoral Votes.

If DC and PR become states US will get
52 Governors.
104 US Senators
440 voting members of the US House of Representatives.
544 electoral votes.

Population in GU, UVI, NMI, and AS is less than 200,000.
