John Fetterman(D-PA) is Lt Governor.
Tim Ryan(D-OH) is a US Congressman.
Jeff Jackson(D-NC) is a local state senator.

I believe that all of those individuals will be the Democratic nominee for the 2022 US Senate Election from their home states. I believe they are likely to win in the November General Election.
