A while back, someone posted a link for improving cell service. [View all]
I can't find it though.
It was basically a program that looked at all your options, then gave you the codes to manually set up routing for the fastest route available to you.
It worked great, but I can't put my finger on it or find a link through google.
Does anyone know what I am talking about?
