He was heckled persistently by a guy with admirable vocal projection:

"Maybe get back to Parliament" - Boris Johnson heckled during speech in Rotherham

The PM was asked why he wasn't recalling MPs and "sorting out the mess you created?" https://bbc.in/2m9EvS1

The heckler was eventually ejected. But it wasn't over yet:

Trip to the north going well is it Johnson?

Compere BBC presenter Steph McGovern, as Johnson left the stage to stony silence, then a smattering of very forced applause at her encouragement: "I'd just like to point out, I AM a girly swot, and I’m proud of it. Let’s see who’s in the job the longest."

McGovern later felt driven to apologize for her remarks:

At a non BBC event I was hosting today, I made a light hearted remark after the Prime Minister’s speech. Sorry that this caused offence to some. That was absolutely not my intention.

Johnson, on the other hand, has yet to apologize for shafting the country, dismantling democracy, lying to the queen, lying in this very speech about having earlier said that the police spending £60 million on investigating historic child sex abuse cases was "Spaffing money up the wall", and generally being a lying git.
