2. He was out driving again 2 days later

in a new Range Rover they had delivered.

It was announced a couple days ago that he was surrendering his driving license. Today they announced he's not being charged ... that's not a coincidence.

I not a royal hater, not at all, just think he should have been stopped much sooner than now. He is known in the area around Sandringham as a less than exemplary driver. He's lucky no one was seriously injured or killed in that last accident.
