the okay to act. That was done with both the declaration of a state of emergency by the Premier and the granting of the injunction by the court.

I'd rather having to wait for the Is dotted and the Ts crossed than to have the so-called 'protesters' having any legal ground to stand on and, as we see, waiting helped end this peacefully.
