What I don't see in the Danielle Smith tearing Alberta pension plan [View all]

out of the Canada Pension Plan is they have more transient workers than any other province. People go to Alberta to work from Nova Scotia and Ontario and elsewhere in boom times they return home when oil prices fall. How would that work for pensions? Would people in Nova Scotia get two pension cheques?
