The 17 yr old, from Illinois, was running around with an AR-15 after curfew.

Why didn't the police stop him?
-- an AR-15 is not a small object and should have been seen by everyone.

Thanks to Apple & Android, for putting great cameras on thier smartphones.
--We would not be seeing these horrific shootings without them
