Perhaps closer to the election people will learn more.

The thing is, as I understand it, state law already guarantees people can have natural gas if they want it. The aim of 2066 as far as I can tell is to force cities/towns and utility companies to keep maintaining outdated infrastructure and actually prohibit these entities from even formulating plans for reducing the use of fossil fuels.
