As a PA, I need a lighter workload, with fewer patients per day, and more time to spend with each of them. The 'revolving door' approach to clinical medicine, mentioned in the article, almost always leads to poorer clinic outcomes. It's one of the worst effects of the for-profit health care system plaguing this country.
