Said the facility would be 80 acres in size. That is not a dimension that most people can relate to. 80 acres translates into a parcel of land that is 1 1/2 city blocks by 3 city blocks. In that area, they will house 1,800 troops. That population density would be 8 times that or translate into 14,400 people per square mile.

I don't think they have thought this through very well.
