10. In 1983 I made a "fancy" Mummer's outfit for our schnauzer.

It was for the "fancy" group. Her backboard has yearly feathers, mirrors etc. Some of the mummers wanted us to go along with them. Since my family lived at 12th and Lombard I was tempted but I knew our senior dog wouldn't make it and I doubted her special outfit would come out intact so we remained on the parade route.
